Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping and Handling 

For UAE shipping we will use either a  local courier company or DHL. In either case you may be asked to provide a signature on receipt, as proof that the goods have reached you.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally dispatch your order to you within 2 business days provided we have the item in stock.

Exchanges

Products may be exchanged within 5 days from the date of delivery or purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The product must include all original packaging and accessories.
  • The product must be free from any signs of use or damage.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or color.

Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are responsibility of the customer. 

If the requested size or color is not available at the time of the exchange request, the product value will be issued as store credit, which can be used to purchase any item from our store.

Returns

  • Cash refunds are provided if the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • In certain cases, a cash refund may be approved if our team considers the reason valid.
  • In other situations, the value will be issued as store credit for future purchases.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Store Credit

  • Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  • It can be used for any future purchase in our store.

Important Notes

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
  • Our team may review the product condition before approving an exchange or return.
  • Products showing signs of use or damage after delivery cannot be exchanged or returned.
